Final composed image
Modeled, textured , and rendered scene with lighting using 3ds Max, Substance Painter and Arnold renderer. The lighting was changed from what is seen in the reference images to have a more dramatic effect.

Pre-composited image
Image was rendered straight out of 3ds Max using Arnold renderer. Parts were textured mostly with Substance. Substance Painter was used for the two armchairs. Check out Red Armchair and Beige Armchair to see the texture details.

Post-compositing with Photoshop (without AO)
In 3ds Max, each item was rendered separately for direct, indirect and shadow matte AOVs. The AOVs were composited as layers in Photoshop and adjusted individually.

AO Pass from 3ds Max
This AO pass was generated using the Ambient Occlusion shader. The AO pass was composited onto the final composed image in Photoshop as a Luminosity layer.AO.png
